Friday evening I did something new…

I went to the ‘Washed Up’ poetry event hosted by @itsnot1984 at @martellolounge in Clacton and wow, what a night!

The poetry hit all the emotions, including plenty of laughter! Such talented folk. A joy to listen to and magical to capture. Make sure to check them out and where you can catch them next:

The evening finished with an open mic session, where we heard more talented pieces by truly inspirational people.

Great to see such a brilliant turnout for a marvellous evening.

Huge thanks to @alice_in_wtf_land for introducing me to the world of poetry and for bringing this great addition to our mindful photo walks with @creativemindfulness_
And congrats on organising a splendid evening!

What an epic day for Stephanie & James on Saturday 😍 a total privilege to capture their joyous wedding day, part of their wonderful story told by James’ best man who officiated the ceremony brilliantly!

They had their celebrations at the charming @shimplingfarmweddings (my first visit and I fell in love). A great team to work alongside. I hope to return again soon!
