Here we are in 2024 and we made it through January! Before we mention mini sessions (I’m just as excited as you are!) did anyone make any New Year’s resolutions, or intentions as one of my friend’s suggested, this year? I felt there was a lot of talk around not giving into the pressure of making resolutions, but instead doing more of what you love. One of mine is cold water swimming, I didn’t do enough of it last year. So far I have done 2 swims (more like dips) this month! It sounds utterly mad but I love the adrenaline rush!

The answer is YES! These next few months are the perfect time to book in for your mini session before many photographers are in full swing with wedding season. Ideal for families to update their photos on the wall, these little ones grow so quick right?! Or business owners looking for some quick head shot updates. Mini sessions are super fun for all involved, whether it’s capturing some family fun on the beach or some fresh, new head shots for the gram.

A look back…

2023 was my first full year living in our new home in Brightlingsea. It was also one of my busiest wedding seasons yet! I met so many wonderful people and worked at some amazing new venues alongside brilliant suppliers. I’m super excited for 2024 to see what else is in store.
